Order processing time

Most orders ship the same day if received before 5PM EST. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or federal holidays. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a day. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you by email or phone.

Remote areas

While delivery times are generally uniform across the U.S., orders to remote or island areas may occasionally take a little longer.

International delivery

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Shipping confirmation & tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s). Tracking is usually active within 24 hours.
